Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Sales Engineer – Filtration

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This isn’t just another sales job — it’s an opportunity to combine technical expertise + commercial impact in a fast-growing space within oil & gas / industrial solutions.

What You’ll Own:

  • Drive sales growth for filtration products
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Support installations, upgrades & optimization projects
  • Provide post-sales support & training
  • Track market trends & competitor activities
  • Deliver technical presentations & solution-based selling
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Travel opportunities (onshore & offshore – up to 60%).

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 – 5 years experience in filtration / industrial equipment sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has strong technical knowledge of filtration systems
  • Is confident with bids, proposals & forecasting
  • Is both technically strong and commercially driven.
  • Understands oil & gas processes & separation technologies
  • Can manage key accounts and drive revenue growth

Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
